Data Protection Policy refers to the business or personal information CheckMail's users share with CheckMail. For information regarding the data CheckMail may collect about its users please read our Privacy Policy.


Responsibility
CheckMail's managing director - Abdullah Karakullukcu - takes full responsibility for the implementation of this policy. 

Data
CheckMail's users may share sensitive business or personal data with CheckMail using CheckMail's website (www.checkmail.co), CheckMail's API or CheckMail's email address. The purpose of sharing this information is email address verification only. This business or personal data may include but is not limited to email address. 
CheckMail's users may share additional business or personal information with CheckMail at their own decision. Using CheckMail's service does not require any further information than email addresses. CheckMail will not ask for any further information than email addresses. 

Data handling
CheckMail does everything in its power to ensure data, that is shared by CheckMail's users with CheckMail, is stored and handled safely. CheckMail does not keep data any longer than it is required. Uploaded files will be deleted within 7 days. Email validation result files will only be stored for 60 days, to coincide with our data protection policy. However, CheckMail may delete data sooner than outlined in this policy. 

Data sharing
CheckMail will not offer for sale nor sell email addresses or other data shared with CheckMail. CheckMail will not contact any of the data shared with CheckMail by CheckMail's users in order to promote any CheckMail products. CheckMail may only share data with other email verifier services for the purpose of completing, maintaining its services or investigating complaints.
